How many touch-screens does it take to change a lightbulb? Just one – if the user experience is done well.

When Woolworths unveiled their home improvement mega stores across Australia in 2015, we partnered with Philips Lighting to develop a competitive advantage.

Our solution was an interactive product finder kiosk that helped customers find which bulb they needed – then showed them which shelf to get it from. Beyond addressing the retail challenges, our kiosk app first educated customers about which LED bulb should replace their traditional one.

We also provided an offline mode to ensure a consistent store experience.
